外媒：这事足以把任何国家搞瘫，但中国就扛下来

很快就要过年了。

一年一度的 ” 人类史诗级迁徙 ” ——春运，已拉开大幕 ……

对于长期生活在国内的人来说，春运是件年年参与、早已习以为常的事儿。

但对于老外来说，这种以 “亿” 为单位的超大数量级客流，还是很让人瑟瑟发抖的 ……

那场面，光想一想就够让人头皮发麻：无数趟火车从全国各地出发，在数百万平方公里的土地上飞驰，数十亿人次的买票 / 检票 / 安检 / 候车 / 进站，还要做到平安平稳守时高效 ……

而且这还不是一两天，是整整 40 天都要如此——中国这是开了什么挂啊！

这不，如今一年一度 ” 外媒围观中国春运 ” 的日子又来了，美媒 CNN 前两天就真情实感地来了这么一篇——

The country’s annual Spring Festival rush — the biggest human migration on the planet — is now officially underway and set to be bigger than ever, with close to 3 billion trips expected to be made between January 21 and March 1.

中国一年一度的春运——地球上最大的人类迁徙活动——已正式拉开大幕。从 1 月 21 日到 3 月 1 日，这场涉及近 30 亿人次的大迁徙或将成为迄今规模最大的春运。

Called “Chunyun,” it’s the 40-day period when Chinese people head home to celebrate the Lunar New Year Spring Festival with their families.

在这段共 40 天的 ” 春运 ” 期间，中国人回到家乡，和家人一起度过农历新年。

在许多国家眼里，”30 亿人次” 那可就是个想都不敢想的天文数字了

According to Lian Weiliang, deputy director of National Development and Reform Commission, 2.99 billion trips will be made over the Chunyun period — up 0.6% over 2018. → 春运全国旅客发送量将达 29.9 亿人次，比 18 年上升 0.6%

Of those, 2.46 billion trips will be made by automobile, 413 million by rail — a rise of 8.3% — and 73 million by air. → 春运道路客运量将达 24.6 亿人次，铁路 4.13 亿人次，航空 7300 万人次

接着，CNN 真情实感地来了这样两句——

” 在其他任何国家，这么多的旅客非把当地的基建搞瘫痪了不可。” ( “In any other nation, this many travelers would grind local infrastructure to a halt.” )

“但中国就是中国，和其他国家都不一样。中国就是能很好地搞定这一切！” ( “But China is unlike any other nation and well-equipped to handle the masses.” )

不仅如此，这还不是 CNN 第一次夸中国的春运。

这不，英国的《每日邮报》也跟着惊叹了起来 ……

很多人知道，中国有时会被戏称为 ” 基建狂魔 “。

毕竟咱们造楼造路造桥，干啥都速度快质量好效率高。往往其他国家为某个方案还在反反复复讨论 / 投票 / 抗议 / 扯皮的时候，咱们早已竣工大吉、开始服务老百姓了。

想起 18 年初——也就一年前的这个时候——国内曾有一段基建视频流传到了国外，被国外网友疯狂讨论 + 疯狂羡慕。

在那个视频里，1500 名工人集中力量办大事，以很短的时间完成了对福建龙岩火车站的改造。

” 很短的时间 ” 有多短呢？

—— 9 个小时！！

外媒又震惊了 ……

在短短 9 个小时里，他们将三条铁路进行了连接，还装了信号灯和监控等各类设备，快得宛如你才一觉醒来，龙岩火车站就大变样了 ……

Chinese workers have demonstrated their incredible efficiency yet again.

中国工人再次展现了他们不可思议的效率。

Around 1,500 workers spent just nine hours paving the railway for a new train station in Fujian Province, southern China.

在福建，约 1500 名工人仅仅花了 9 个小时，就为新火车站铺好了铁路。

The project was finished so quickly because the workers had been arranged into seven units to tackle different tasks simultaneously, said Zhan Daosong, a deputy manager at China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group, the country’s main railroad builder.

中铁相关负责人说，这一工程之所以特别快，因为工人们被分成了七组，这七组同时在处理不同的任务。

ha ha it’s taken 50 years for Metro Detroit to get a 2 mile stretch of rail in downtown Detroit. It would take nine years to do what these guys did in China.

哈哈哈哈，底特律地铁花了 50 年，才在市中心建成了两英里长的轨道 …… 估计中国人能 9 个小时干完的，他们得 9 年才干得完吧！
